Charles H Ellis III, the Bishop who oversees Greater Grace Temple in Detroit, Michigan, has apologised for touching Ariana Grande’s breast while on stage with her, during the funeral of Aretha Franklin.

In pictures, which have gone viral, the cleric is seen holding Grande close to him with his fingers squeezing a fraction of her right breast.

Following the backlash over the incident, Ellis has issued an apology, saying it was never his intention to handle the 25-year-old singer in an inappropriate manner.

“It will never be my intention to touch any woman’s breast.

“I don’t know I guess I put my arm around her. Maybe I crossed the border, maybe I was too friendly or familiar but again, I apologize,” he said.

The preacher added that he hugged both male and female artistes and everybody that was up on stage.

Popular singer, Davido has revealed why he registered for the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps, NYSC.

Recall that social media was recently abuzz with reactions after the ‘OBO’ crooner shared photos of himself in NYSC uniform after his registration at the Lagos NYSC camp on Tuesday.

The popular artiste again on Thursday caused a stir at the Iyana-Ipaja orientation camp as he drove his white Mercedes Benz GLE 450 marked POLICE PF 413SPY into the camp.

The ‘OBO’ crooner, upon signing his oath of allegiance form, told newsmen at the NYSC camp that he registered for the scheme due to his strong passion for NYSC.

He also promised to adhere to camp rules and regulations.

He said: “As a young age Nigerian, I would not want to miss the opportunity to be part of the service year.

I registered for the scheme due to my strong passion for NYSC.”

Meanwhile, a total of 2,152 corps members commenced the 2018 Batch B Stream Two orientation training exercise in the state.

Davido is off to NYSC
Multi award-winning Nigerian singer and record producer, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has taken to his Instagram account to reveal to his millions of fans that he is off to serve his fatherland.
The singer had in June 2015, graduated from Babcock University, Ilishan- Remo, Ogun State, with a Bachelor of Arts Second Class Upper Degree in Music.
Davido who had admitted that he has fulfilled one of the major prerequisite for the completion of his programme, had said that he wrote a thesis on the topic: ‘Challenges of live performance of Afro-pop artists in Nigeria’.
In photos and videos shared on social media today, the singer who was clad in khaki uniform, disclosed that he is embarking on a 1-year compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Though the father-of-two did not reveal the state where was posted to, some online users claim that the singer who is set to obey the Clarion Call, is posted to Lagos State, and will be at the NYSC Orientation Camp as a celebrity corps member.

Kim Kardashian West met one-on-one with several prisoners to discuss what it's like being locked up, and their concerns about going back into the real world.

Kim arrived at the California Institution for Women in Corona Friday afternoon with a few bodyguards and first toured the grounds and living quarters.

Then, she met with 15 women to get a picture of what their day-to-day lives are like behind bars, how they feel about it, and what their hopes, plans and anxieties are once they are released.

We're told Kim was there for several hours, and her trip is part of her mission to create a program for women to help them adjust to real life once they get out of prison.

Kim was vital in the release of imprisoned grandmother Alice Marie Johnson last month, and she's clearly not done advocating for prison reform.

Singer Chris Brown walked off stage after his concert in Florida and into the hands of waiting sheriff’s deputies, who arrested him on a felony battery charge and booked him into the Palm Beach County Jail.

A sheriff’s spokeswoman said the entertainer was released after posting $2,000 bond on the battery charge issued by the Tampa Police Department.
The warrant accuses Chris Brown of hitting a Bennie Vines Jr., who was hired by a club in Tampa to take pictures during an event hosted by Chris Brown in April 2017.

Vines told officers Brown punched him while he was snapping photos. Chris Brown was gone by the time officers arrived that night. Vines refused medical treatment, but he told the officers that he wanted to prosecute over a minor lip cut.
